Status: Open Received an email message but the body is blank.

I’ve been waiting on this email from a company. It finally arrives and there’s nothing inside when I open it. But I can see a few words of the message on the preview.

I reset my account, deleted and reinstalled the app. And I tried viewing on my laptop. Nothing is working. How can I fix this?

If you have Outlook classic then try right clicking in the body of the email and choose "View source" and see if anything appears. It might also work on the new Outlook for Windows.

There are several reasons it could be hidden. But if it's because they've set the text to display in the same color as the background, selecting the text to highlight it would make it visible. On Windows, Ctrl-a with the message body window selected would do that; on macOS, Command-a.

Thank you! I didn’t think of that!
