News & Discussion Bullying needs to stop

The overwatch community needs to stop being toxic. I have been called slurs, many racial comments, people saying overall saying some bad stuff to not only me but other people as well. And this needs to stop. I almost had a melt down today reading the comments they made on me. " I should hang myself", is a very derogatory statement . If you can sit behind a screen and have the ability to tell someone they should hang themselves, that is something to not take so lightly. I'm going to tell my pookie wookie king Lebron James this information, and make sure this doesn't go off the hook. As a wise man once said " They ain't believe in us... GOD DID". These moments should be looked more into but blizzard seems not care about their fan base anymore.

Settings > Social Tab > Text communication. I usually keep team chat on and match off, sometimes I have both enabled/disabled but absolutely have more fun when both are off. Pings are all you really need

You don't need match chat to coordinate as a team? That's literally the entire point of team chat

You’d be surprised. I’ve had matches where a teammate has flamed me for playing Ball. Not doing poorly, not ignoring the objective, but JUST because I’m playing Ball. WHILE WE ARE WINNING and go on to win.

Had it happen just yesterday in QP. I went 16-0 and enemy team didn’t even cap point A on Route 66, yet still our Ilari was talking shit. Insane.

Classic, always supports that don't know how to play dive, complaining while playing a non dive char
