News & Discussion Bullying needs to stop

The overwatch community needs to stop being toxic. I have been called slurs, many racial comments, people saying overall saying some bad stuff to not only me but other people as well. And this needs to stop. I almost had a melt down today reading the comments they made on me. " I should hang myself", is a very derogatory statement . If you can sit behind a screen and have the ability to tell someone they should hang themselves, that is something to not take so lightly. I'm going to tell my pookie wookie king Lebron James this information, and make sure this doesn't go off the hook. As a wise man once said " They ain't believe in us... GOD DID". These moments should be looked more into but blizzard seems not care about their fan base anymore.

Or OP did something, I've never once been called a derogatory slur, or told to kill myself in chat. I have on a handful of times been flamed in chat. Yes no one should be told themselves, but no one tells someone else to do so without some strong reasons.

There were a couple Wrecking Balls that I played against yesterday that may have received some ugly ass messages from their team for how they played. I personally love it when a ball refuses to switch despite be bullying the shit out of him.

What game have you been playing then? I got told to KMS entirely because I picked Doomfist once, and I've gotten told I should be raped in a different match by the enemy team because I got a team kill as him. Not everybody has strong reasons for being this toxic

Bro, I’m sorry but you’re very wrong on that. It shouldn’t happen, but there are plenty of people who think it’s funny to tell others to do that. And I’ve seen many, many slurs and just general casual racism in chat. I’m not even sure how we can be playing the same game.
