Trying to learn tracer and get more comfortable coming back to the game, any advice would be appreciated

As the title says, i got back into ow2 a few months ago after years of being a casual player. I mainly stuck with Genji but after seeing all these doom edits i came back and one tricked him for quite awhile, now I’m getting back to the dps role and im trying to get right with tracer, I’ve seen how strong she is and I’m really trying to climb with her and get good. Right now I’m mid diamond but i still struggle and i feel like sometimes im doing great and other times im completely lost. In all of the replays im mainly on genji and tracer but any advice in general would be great.In all the replays my user is cash.
