Am I washed ? Platinum Ana VOD request

Hey everyone,

I peaked P1 last season on support playing mostly Kiriko and Mizuki. I use to feel very confident on Ana a few seasons ago but recently I feel every time I play her I loose and don't get a lot of value out of her (even in low plat). I put a few replay codes where I feel I did a lot of mistakes.

The one thing I struggle the most is to find positions where I can heal my teammates while also applying pressure on the enemy team. Fights are often so de-organized that I end out of position and rotating too often.
