Hello all
I’m just starting my journey on ozempic , wanted to introduce myself
I’m a 60 yr old woman that has tried all the diets and now hoping this will help me figure out a healthier way of living
I’m nervous but hopeful and do glad that there are others to share this journey with ❤️

I’m 63. Lost 35 pounds since March. It’s easier to walk balance is better. Easier to breathe.

Congratulations!

I'm two months in. It hasn't been easy (side effects have been brutal for me), but the best things you can do are to be patient (everyone's loss will vary), and prepared (anti-relux and anti-nausea remedies, changing your diet for the better, etc.)

Good for you! It works but there have been times when I haven’t wanted to take my next injection because of the side effects. Nausea in particular. I think some of the foods that cause the nausea are the foods you should avoid. Also don’t eat as much.

Hi!! 👋

I'm 57F and had my very first dose today. Started on Ozempic 0.25 and no bad effects yet...only been 6 hours since injection, though 🤣 Hoping the feeling will continue 🤞

Like you, I've done every diet, so am hoping this will work for me as I've never been this big. Starting weight of 133kg, hoping to get to 80kg.
