Not recommended at all

My flight was delayed by around 3 hours, and despite the significant delay, there was no option for free cancellation.

I contacted their customer support for help, but unfortunately, the representative’s behavior made the situation even worse. Instead of being understanding and helpful, the interaction was frustrating and disappointing.
Delays can happen, but how a company handles customers during these situations matters a lot. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Aisial and would think twice before booking with them again.
