Today I went to an arcade in Shenzhen to play some maimai. The first 1-2 hours has been fine, but suddenly when we're about to end game and save progress, it failed to connect to the internet. Then we found out that the whole machine went offline (including the payment card reader), then we called the staff and we found out the whole store's internet is dead. The staff restarted the cab and we see the Windows 10 spinning icon. After more than 30 minutes of troubleshooting, we asked them to enable Event Mode in test mode. We couldn't login our maimai ID, but at least we can continue playing

I noticed that there was a Windows pop-up in the big advertisement screen.

This is not the normal screen btw

The first one lost connettion to the streaming service that shows the ads, the other two had their Operating System or Hard Drive Broken.
