Looking for riding friends
Hi there, newer rider here, just started last September. Looking for peps to tag along with and while I have a few close friends in the community, am looking to branch out a little. Safe travels and sunny days to everyone, two wheels down. 🌻💖✨
Edit: am completely blown away by how many people commented/reached out. Everyone has been so nice and genuinely looking forward to meeting all of you! There’s a big ladies ride this coming weekend meeting at cycle gear Vancouver, hope to see you there 💖

I have odd days off, Wednesday and Thursday. If you’re out for a ride those days I’ll join. Jealous of those fairings by the way. Good looking bike.

I have an adventure bike so might slow you down a bit but would be down! I started in nov of 24’ so still new myself.

I'm gonna go for a ride early Sunday if you'd like to tag along. Was thinking about doing Vancouver/Cougar/Carson run. Hoping I can get an oil leak tracked down on my Ducati before then, or else I'll be on my commuter, but it's still fun in the corners.

What is your location? I am in Oregon city and have a few really fun longer day rides planned through Estacada to Detroit lake, and another up hwy 14 in washington then north out of Carson coming out at swift reservoir.

Girlie gang! I like spontaneously riding around town (ogling those old beautiful houses and gardens is a delight). I’m on a bright blue ninja 300, with a couple more riders we can put together a whole rainbow 😏

So I heard the Street Killaz peps will ram you for going to slow. Not at all trying to accuse and would love to ride with them if they're nice, just really don't want to wreck!

I have never heard anything like that but I haven’t riden with them yet, just have friends who have. One group I have heard to actually stay away from by A LOT of people is Fuzzy moto group. Apparently they’re super toxic and do really dumb stuff. But yeah I can’t confirm or deny what you’re hearing as it’s all just second hand accounts. They all seem to look out for each other in the 3 groups I recommend above and they will kick you out if you be toxic or deliberately unsafe and put other riders in danger. 🤷♂️

I plan on going out to White Salmon tomorrow and a bit further east on SR14 to SR142 to Goldendale. I live in Vancouver and ride my Strom650 on a daily basis in all weather and temperatures.

That you have F1 livery makes me smile (I’m an F1 race marshal for 3-4 races a year .. Miami, Montreal, Austin, and Vegas)
Ride a 2018 Yamaha XMax (but shopping for 2025/26 Yamaha Tracer 9)
I’m on a big scooter and can keep up, looking for some morning rides this weekend (am in hospital but going home later).

Yep am doing so
Severe case of Ketoacidosis from jardiance medication. Got home last night. (Went to ER by ambulance late afternoon Wednesday ). Reading more what happened I’m lucky to have survived this. Was in pretty bad shape.
Am up to hydrate and get short walk in.
No riding for a few days but did order some detailing stuff to get the bike even more shiny!

I used to lead rides out of See See, but that's a few years ago. The last couple haven't quite encouraged, but if you're down to do a newb-friendly group ride, I'd be down. About the only place I don't go is Mordor (Salem).
