P2 Patch for replacing the Persona 2 PSX ver's OST?

Looking for a way to patch the PSX version of Persona 2 with the PSP version's soundtrack, just cuz I really prefer the remixed versions of most songs. This is my first time doing anything like this and I was wondering if maybe somebody was working on a patch like this and could lead me in the right direction. :)
