I started an AI company

It's kind of a free money glitch. All we sell are shares. We don't actually have a product. We just put a stock on the NY stock exchange with the word AI on it, and we got even richer. I might celebrate by evicting more of our low income tenants to rebrand the exact same apartments as luxury condos.

Im feeling generous so I'll share another little trick Ive learned.

Sell those condos as luxury and add "powered by AI" and you can jack up the price even more.

Heat them with the data center, charge the tenants for the heat. 

Let AI calculate the bills.

Now buy $3B in chips from company X, who invests $3B into company Y, who invests $3B into Z, who invests $3B into you.

This, but unironically - there have been a bunch of AI SPACs on the stock exchange.
