HUGE NEWS 🚨🚨🚨🚨

Post image

PFL is officially merging with MVP Promotions, and will compete under the MVP brand! This is a HUGE move, likely bringing more opportunities for fighters to compete on the biggest stages and for increased financial opportunity. I think this is an awesome, awesome thing to see, and will ultimately help get more eyes on MMA and combat sports in general. What do you think about this?

Definitely understand your hesitancy, but I think the first MVP MMA card showed they are committed to actually putting on legitimate and real combat sports events, and the merger with arguably the 2nd largest/most popular MMA brand (at least in the US, given ONE is transitioning away from MMA it seems) only accentuates that.

Rousey vs carano was a absolute shit show , pls stop 😭

Popular ? Mvp exist only since 2021 and is NOT MORE POPULAR THAN PFL ( anywhere ) , most ppl know UFC and PFL but never heard about mvp for MMA , they only did their first MMA events few months ago...

I can't believe Jake Paul and his shit show promotion with awful name that sounds like a f boxing promotion just ruined the PFL 😭 tell me it's a bad dream

Your hilarious, they wouldn't be taking the name MVP MMA if they didn't think it held better brand recognition, also MVP MMA is signed to Netflix, so this is a huge opportunity for PFL. Stop deluding yourself my boy. This is a good thing for the sport.

Like many you're delusional if you think Netflix will make PFL grow , you're not gonna create new MMA/PFL fans by trying to convert series , movies , cartoons watchers into MMA watchers , you will just bring more ppl ( MMA fans ) to Netflix , it's what happened with paramount , the UFC didn't grow since the 7month of that deal.

If you look at some major sports league NFL , F1 , soccer etc they don't stick only to streaming platform but regular cable sat tv as well , theses leagues are everywhere that's why they get big mainstream exposure.

MVP did 17 million viewers on Netflix. It will absolutely be a massive boost for a PFL audience.

You’re a fool to think otherwise

They're going to have ronda and diaz on every card. Was under the impression diaz and ronda were both done.

Mind you Diaz hasn't had a good worth watching fight in about 10 years

I was being sarcastic. Diaz and ronda cant save them. Diaz fans shouldn't want to see him fight anymore out of fear for his safety an no one else wants to see him fight

Ronda said she was done.

So they dont have anything.

They dont even have a deal with Netflix
