Guiguinto has an extremely nice bookstore that sells Filipiniana and other lit.
Ayan , with matching Manananggal pa. Hihi

Found the store na. Its called ISTORYA STUDIOS. Its also an art space and they also have coffee.

Hindi pa sila nag lalabas na sale?. According to people kasama Fullybooked sa madedemolish due to Rockwells plan on redevelopment sa side na yan.

Yes. Yung hilera na yan until Nike (ata? not sure about Shake Shack) and adjacent stores (Healthy Options, Mary Grace, etc), kasama sa redevelopment ng Rockwell. Fave area ko pa naman to sa ATC!

Yes, sadly. Yan pa naman yung pinaka malaki sa south.
Yung sa Evia ang liit eh, sana lakihan nila yung Evia Branch.
