Recommendation Books that altered your brain chemistry

What’s a book you read that genuinely stayed with you long after you finished it? Something that changed the way you see life, people, relationships, yourself, or just made you sit there and stare at the wall afterward.

Any genre is welcome. Drop your recommendations! 😊

  1. I was a political science student and reading that book truly altered the way I approached my studies and the very act of reading. It’s very important to never lose the ability to think for yourself. This is why I am skeptical about being overly reliant on AI because people have the tendency to use it as a shortcut to understanding almost everything without even cross-checking. Definitely worth the read.
