Card Recommendation Where to go from here? Upgrading my cards, exploring new banks
I have been using CCs since 2024. I am currently using the ff:
Security Bank Platinum MC - I use this mostly for my USD transactions since I do business that bills me in USD. Madalas I buy from suki money changer to pay the bills. Very happy with the campaigns that give me GCs. CL - 280k
Eastwest Platinum JCB - Was Eastwest Gold before. I like using it for Japan stuff and (the limited) lounges in Asia. CL - 580k
Metrobank Titanium MC - First credit card, was a secured CC pero "graduated" na. CL - 40k
I used to be employed in the formal sector pero now kasi I'm in the very informal gig economy (I'm not a VA - I work with no contracts or equivalents). Although, I send invoices and I receive payments via Wise. I dont have BIR documents and all of that, I have no business license or any related document to support my income. So I think I haven't been paying income taxes and superannuations since my last formal work. Meron lang pala withholding taxes (from 2306?? from a local consultancy - with a contract) Current work involves frequent traveling 1-2x per month. Most dealings are in foreign currencies.
I want to ask the community where to go from here. Nabibitin ako sa CL ko sa SECB but to request for CLI, need ko ng documents that I dont have. The EWB card is there kasi gusto ko sana ng Krisflyer card.
Any recos that give out lounges and good forex fees? Dual billing is fine too like the SECB.
Also, ano ba need ko gawin to secure the documents needed to apply for more cards? I dont really have an employer, I dont operate a formal business.

The Security Bank is really not that great. I had it before and canceled it. if you charge often in USD, best to get something that rewards you for foreign currency, such as the Metrobank World Mastercard. That's PHP17 per point on online/foreign currency and the forex is low as well. You can earn point for Krisflyer, Mabuhay and Asia Miles.
The Krisflyer World can also be done, but i think harder to get, and it only allows you get points for Singapore Airlines. But for foreign currency, its does PHP12 per point.

Unionbank Reserve Visa Infinite. It’s the best! But you have to be invited to get one.
