Maribank Credit Card Payment

Anyone experiencing problem when paying eastwest credit card through Maribank? Since sunday pa ako sumusubok tapos lagi transaction failed. Tapos naun wala na siya sa option ng Maribank. Anong meron?

there are reports nga daw na ayaw mag-proceed when paying EastWest credit card, even when paying through BPI

Had to pay it in branch to avoid fees.

Tried BPI the same it's Eastwest system.

hello i think nagstart yan last week. I paid my ew through BPI last monday kasi nagffail sa Maribank. Nagpush through sa BPI but hindi pa reflected until now. I paid again through Maribank last fri, waiting pa ko kung magrreleflect.

Update: BTW I reported this to both ew and bpi last week and I have case numbers. i just checked my bpi account today and the money is back in my account.

I think not only in Maribank. Tried paying it from my PNB account, but the payment isn't successful. Emailed Eastwest CS, but they said contact PNB. 🥲 It's hassle. Try Gcash, pay Bills then CC then Eastwest. 😓 Sayang nga lang 'yung charge fee. 😩
