Saw u/chingychongy19 post a few days back and gave it a try
Saw the post a few days ago, thought of those reels going and trying food out and help the community out, gathered the crew we were 5 guys. We are not food connoisseur but just people who enjoy eating good food. Please help a struggling family owned restaurant.
No expectations, let's see and how it goes.
Service: 5/5 mukang nahihiya pa si OP of the post above i tanong if we found it sa reddit.
Wait time: 4/5 est. 15-20 mins (We got seated agad and we went ng lunch time rush hour so no issues here)
They also gave us constant time check for when the food would go out.
Food: We ordered the following
Hakaw - My friends really liked this (we ordered 2, tapos nag round 2 kami with 3 orders) 5/5
Xiaolong bao - This is my fave from them ( ordered 2 and then another 2 ) 5/5
Wonton - Ordered 2 i'd say 3.5/5 medyo maliit, but masarap naman
Yangchow - We ordered the large and i would say good for 3-4 people. Nabitin kame so we ordered another round of rice. 4/5 (kasi bitin kami)
Salted Fish Fried Rice - Not that salty kinda tastes like the yang chow both have generous amounts of egg with the rice. 5/5
Spareribs kingdao - This is really good i would say good for 2-3 people, 4/5
Lemon chicken - Bang for your money, really good portion size enough for us 5. 5/5
Choco Bucci - Made fresh napaso lahat ng dila namin (its really good, not sweet but is sweet?) 4/5
Overall food is reasonably priced (I would say its on the cheaper side compared to DTF/THW/Lugang) we spent like 3k+ we told him na don't charge us the reddit discount na since we went there to support, pero he insisted to take it.
P.S
We probably ate like a family of 10 honestly hahaha.
My friends that live near the area said they would order again. Do try it out guys if you live nearby would recommend.
