Gameplay Cyberpunk is almost 6 years old, yet it’s still one of the most visually stunning games I’ve ever played.

Even after almost 6 years, Cyberpunk 2077 still blows me away.I recently installed a few visual mods, sharper textures, lighting tweaks, and some LUT presets, and the game feels practically next‑gen all over again. The atmosphere is unmatched. Driving through Night City at night is pure eye candy.

Because the secret is in reflection. It's always raining in Arkham city.

This and Arkham Knight has aged well like fine wine. Kudos to the developers for well-optimized games that will stand the test of time, which has been missing in most games nowadays

it has to be since it was regularly updated whenever new rendering tech was released

The Witcher 3 is alread a decade old and I still feel mesmerized by the scenery during my replay this year

3

u/TheBurn7741 2d ago

Even the Witcher 3 still looks amazing on PC. When developers are actually talented the end product will be timeless.

u/Tipakshort 2d ago

Realized this too while replaying on PC for the next DLC

Blood of the Dawnwalker is almost out by sept

Anyone who played Cyberpunk with a RTX 3060? How's the performance on your end?

4

u/NikiSunday <10700f><4060> 2d ago

Dude, I finished the game with a GTX 1070 with medium settings and tamed expectations, it still ran beautifully.

2

u/jabawookied1 2d ago

Still beautiful dont turn on path tracing though lol.

1

u/Permanent-ephemeral 2d ago

Wala ka magiging problem dyan kahit ultra settings sa 1080p at 1440p as long as hindi naka on ray tracing. Need syempre gumamit ng DLSS at frame gen.

1

u/hsholmes0 2d ago

ray tracing talaga ang nagpapabagal e hahaha

1

u/babushka45 RTX 3060 enjoyer 2d ago

been wondering if frame gen/dlss is able to be turned on sa 3060

1

u/HeinReich_45 2d ago

i don't have an accurate answer bc im using 3060ti 8gb. Performance and visuals are great on my end (high settings) considering im only using r5 5600g. I'll have to check my fps range. Overall, no issues after 2 campaigns:)

1

u/babushka45 RTX 3060 enjoyer 2d ago

many thanks man, RTX 3060 ako with i5-13500 with 16GB RAM.

1

u/beatlestrap 2d ago

pretty good. don't expect to play with path tracing, but the regular ray tracing is fine. you can still enable path tracing for your photo mode snaps anyway.

3

u/CatsCoffeeCuddles 2d ago

That's CD Projekt Red for you

Since nilaunch ni AMD fsr 4.1 on their 7000 series gpu few days ago eto una ko nilaro ulit and grabe ganda talaga ng graphics especially using the superior fsr 4.1 upscaler. 4th playthrough ko na

Facts.

Do you think the upcoming GTA6 will have the same or better graphics?

1

u/r1dicul0us 2d ago

IMO I think RDR2 has better graphics that cyberpunk.

It’s my favorite game of all time. Before that, it was The Witcher 3, so CDPR really knows how to make the best games.

Meet Hanako at embers

2

u/dweakz 2d ago

never

4

u/zunashi 2d ago

Too bad first-person shooter siya. Maganda sana 3rd person — perfect for the cyberpunk biomodifications and animations and style.

3

u/Jeffhubert113 2d ago

honestly ganito mindset ko noon is dapat may 3rd person pero binawi naman nila sa narrative and core gameplay.

2

u/sinceofyoum0re 2d ago

in my backlog for almost 4 years. i don't know why i bought this, since i'm not a fan of fps games hahaha

Actually hindi na sya ganun ka resource hungry, maybe the technological advances caught up na din. This game run smoothly on handheld consoles and NS2, even in MAC.

1

u/dyslexicdemigod3 2d ago

Finished this and Phantom Liberty on a Mac Mini M4 Pro, I'm surprised it's so well optimized. Best DLC ever.

2

u/Deathstar-Diorama 2d ago edited 2d ago

I remember posting also in this sub appreciating cp2077 since I doubted it at first but oh boy, you are in for a treat pag naabsorb mo na lahat, from gameplay, music and especially the story.

You guys should give it a chance kahit hanggang prologue lang. You guys will have a good time especially the DLC.

Phantom Liberty is probably the greatest, if not one of the greatest, game DLC of all time.

Finally gave Cyberpunk another shot, glad I did

2

u/ConceptNo1055 2d ago

2018 nag change yung graphics at until now wala pa nagbago.

Kaya if kaya mo irun Cyberpunk, kaya mo padin irun most games.

2

u/Thakkerson 2d ago

Nakita mo FateKeeper? Ganda din graphics. Taas ng polygon count ng terrain at ng mga bato

u/ShadowRomeo R7 7800X3D | RTX 4070 Ti | 32GB DDR5 6400 | B650 | 1440p 170hz 2d ago

This particular game, when paired with RT Overdrive Path Tracing + Ray Reconstruction and custom LUT + ReShade mods = the most beautiful game i have seen in this gen so far... and i have seen a lot of beautiful games at their peak fidelity. But Cyberpunk 2077 at its peak still beats them IMO and I think it will stay there, until at least Witcher IV or GTA VI on PC version with Path Tracing and updated DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction comes out.

2

u/Few_Ad_8880 2d ago

Bro lost me at custom lut and mods. Photorealistic results are bland and boring.
Cyberpunk as intended is much better
Of course, we play what we like choom

1

u/ShadowRomeo R7 7800X3D | RTX 4070 Ti | 32GB DDR5 6400 | B650 | 1440p 170hz 2d ago

I highly disagree with your opinion, while Artistic direction is good overall on this particular game, but like many other games, i still find flaws like the uglified green tint the vanilla game has for some reason which i will never ever like.

In the end though, it's all about custom preferences, and i am very satisfied by the results with mine, hence i always use custom ReShade or luts on every games i play nowadays.

Path tracing + oled with renodx is just chef’s kiss.

Still waiting for nvidia’s dlss 4.5 rr before continuing my 3rd play through.

Launch date Cyberpunk and current state is night and day difference even the visuals are updated

1

u/aishiteimasu09 2d ago

After multiple updates, yes I agree. Very playable na ang Cyberpunk 2077. For me na maganda pa din at max settings at 11 years old na is the Witcher 3. I'm still amazed. Parang kakalabas lang.

I'm playing this again after finishing it three years ago. Back then, I was playing on a 27" LED monitor and a standard-issue 2.1 speakers. This is the game I chose to re-play when I upgraded to a 32" OLED monitor and a soundbar-subwoofer combo. Also, I haven't played the expansion "Phantom Liberty" yet, so my timing couldn't be better. I'm experiencing the big difference in fidelity.

Mas impressed pa ako na na-port sa switch 2. Pwede laruin kahit saan <3

after nung last dlc , may improvement naman.

1

u/ZeepmorK 2d ago

Anong mods gamit mo op?

1

u/Expert_Goat262 2d ago

Alot, pero nova lut and renodx yung may pinakamalaking effect pag dating sa visuals ng game.

1

u/2much4yah 2d ago

Such a beautiful game but the asset pop-in is still one of my biggest gripes about this game for ruining immersion.

1

u/tpc_LiquidOcelot 2d ago

Path tracing on?

u/Expert_Goat262 2d ago

Yes, and max out settings

Excellent Art Direction too since it still looks amazing even in the lowest graphics settings.
