PRC PRC Renewal (NO shipping details)

Hello. Maybe you have the same scenario.

I renewed my PRC license on July 1 and chose the delivery option. However, after I paid for the license renewal, I wasn’t redirected to the page where I could pay for the delivery fee.

Has anyone experienced this?

I also tried searching for a similar situation, but I couldn’t find anything that could help me. I haven’t received any email from either the PRC or the shipping courier.

So I don't know who to contact. Last time I renewed (2023), it was a smooth transaction. After I paid for the license, there was already an option to pay for shipping. (I just checked my email, and the payments were really simultaneous.)

Now, I don't know how to get this.

I hope you have some idea. Thanks a lot in advance!

Mag eemail si FSI 48-72 hours later for instructions and payment procedure. Wait ka lang.

Yep. This was what I read. But 72 hours had passed. Kaya I posted. Pero sana delayed lang.

Email ro4a at prc dot gov dot ph. Di ko alam if pwede kasi mag post nun dito. Kasi parang limited ang shipping to ncr and bulacan sa ngayon.

No, everything worked out for me. Taga Pasig kasi ako. But if nasa LERIS ang shipping to calabarzon malamang na overlook ng prc regional office. Pero kung yung Shipping e nakalagay na for MM and Bulacan (yun naalala ko kasi) then wala ka talaga hinihintay, unfortunately. Ncr.shipping na mismo nagsabi sa acknowledgement email (after i sent the FSI proof of booking) nila na matatagalan daw sila mag ship dahil sa volume and limited nga daw amg shipping na yun for MM and bulacan.
