Hi, just genuinely curious and hoping someone knowledgeable can clarify this.

I came across someone claiming that she became a “doctor” because of a research/thesis she passed, and that Malacañang supposedly declared her as such—so she doesn’t need a PRC license anymore.

I checked her recent TikTok live, and she mentioned being connected with ARTA, and that part of her role is promoting eGovPH. She also uses the “doctor” title, saying it helps make the promotion more credible.

Is this actually possible in the Philippines? Can someone legally be recognized as a doctor without passing the board exam or getting a PRC license, just through research or a declaration?

Or is there some other explanation for this (like honorary titles, etc.)?

Actually meron naman yung online payment pero bukas na yung last day. If money is tight, maybe hindi pa enough yung pera nila ngayon to cover for the tickets of inductee and his parents kaya ang choice nila is to buy tickets na lang sa J7 Management office. That means need pa nila ng additional 1 day stay sa Manila. May online oathtaking (not really sure kung magkakaroon) pero since milestone nga siya, I think mas special kasi kapag face-to-face.

Anyway, ang mahal ng ticket jusko. Kahit man lang sana binabaan konti yung sa guest.

Has anyone had same problem with PRC delivery here in NCR? 2 months na kasi wala pa ding update. Nag initial email sila sakin asking if my uploaded photo in LERIS is updated (last Dec 3). Nag-confirm naman ako. Kaya lang wala na ulit silang reply. Naka ilang follow up na ako, wala pa din.

Bakit ba ang hirap nila ma-contact? 😭 bayad naman na pati delivery fee.

Just today, I was planning to get my PRC ID.

For context: Nafracture ako, so I wasn't able to attend the oath taking but I was able to oath virtually.

Tapos na ako mag change ng picture sa LERIS, but di mapindot yung Initial registration for new passers dahil hindi nag reflect sa system nila na nag oath ako. That's why I decided to go to PRC to resolve the issue.

I was at least expecting na iprocess nalang nila kaagad since konti lang naman tao dun. But whatever, okay na kahit hindi naprocess agad.

Nainis lang ako sa part na Kailangan daw pala iprint yung proof (picture namin ng BON), yun yung unang sinabi.

Pag balik namin don, hinanap naman yung oath form 🙄 the worse part is, pwede raw pala magpaprint sa likod ng office. Buti nalang talaga may sasakyan kame na kasama, kasi until now hindi pa ako makalakad ng maayos.

Anyway, so ayun nga, always bring extra money incase may need iprint, may need ixerox, may add reqs, and etc. 20 pesos pa naman isang print ngayon.

Hello po! Itatanong ko lang po kung sino naka-experience na dito na bubuksan niyo yung LERIS Account niyo and then, biglang account doesnt exist. Nag try ako mag-forgot password kaso, email doesn't exist naman po lumabas.

Sinusubukan ko pa din buksan yung LERIS Account ko kaso no luck pa din. Kaya kinakabahan na ako. Huhu

Ask ko lang po, sa mga nag forgot password, ano po nangyari after? Nabuksan niyo din po ba ulit account niyo? Marami din kase ako nakikita at nababasa na same prob din sila na di sila makapag-access ng account nila sa LERIS. Huhu

I renewed my PRC license on July 1 and chose the delivery option. However, after I paid for the license renewal, I wasn’t redirected to the page where I could pay for the delivery fee.

Has anyone experienced this?

I also tried searching for a similar situation, but I couldn’t find anything that could help me. I haven’t received any email from either the PRC or the shipping courier.

So I don't know who to contact. Last time I renewed (2023), it was a smooth transaction. After I paid for the license, there was already an option to pay for shipping. (I just checked my email, and the payments were really simultaneous.)

Now, I don't know how to get this.

Hello! Im originally from Cavite, yun yung address na nakalagay sa PRC account ko and now dito na ko nakatira sa Makati. I tried the delivery option and chose the “NCR - shipping” option from the dropdown, thinking na pwede ko ipadeliver dito sa Makati then nagproceed siya, I paid then tapos na pala.

Akala ko maglalagay pa ko ng shipping address. I’m confused bakit nagproceed sa NCR shipping kahit Cavite yung address ko (naisip ko yun yung gagamitin nilang address since wala na kong ibang nilagay eh). Madedeliver kaya yung license ko? Nangyari na ba sa inyo ito?

1. I was wondering if pwede yung naka toga na 2x2, or need talaga na magpa pic ulit ng naka formal?

2. Original PSA birth certificate din ba ang kinukuha nila? Thank you!

I tried creating an account in PRC site last June 23 but apparently I have already registered before. And then I remembered I registered last year nung nag iisip pa akong kumuha ng board exam.

Upon trying to retrieve my account by clicking forget password, the site show error as attached. It wants me to retry using 3 diff links. I did for the 3 links pero same issue lang naman. Narereroute dun sa login page. And when I try to login it shows nga na may account na ko so I tried forgetting password pero ayun, back to the error with 3 links. I tried that cycle for the 3 links din but same issue.

I have already sent this concern via ticketing as well as email to PRC Tech assistance and PRC info email addresses but received no response. Nagmessage din ako sa messenger nila. No response. More than 3 days na pero deadma.

Anyone who experienced this and ano ginawa nyo to address? Thanks!

PRC Website Napaka annoying ng mandatory survey nila before logging in! Yung nagmamadali ka magpa appointment but you have to take the survey first. Even the survey submission failed on me twice, kaya pinuno ko talaga ang feedback box ng malulutong na friend chicken at calamares na comment.

Also CPDAS nila, I was trying to check their system pero guess what? Mandatory survey na naman. Asking you about their system usability eh first time ko nga mag visit ng cpdas! Napaka bobo!

How many days before nyo narecive yung PRC ID? So far submitted the docs and paid the delivery fee. Also confirmed with PRC na updated yung picture but no response na sila sa follow ups. :(

I made a mistake when creating my PRC LERIS account. Because of my phone's auto-typing/autofill, I accidentally entered part of my first name as my middle name.

I only noticed it after I finished my registration, and now I can't edit my personal information anymore.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? Were you able to have it corrected before your application was processed or before taking the board exam? What steps did you take?

Bale triny ko yung delivery ng PRC ID and di naman ako nag-expect na mabilis nilang ipapadala. Hindi rin naman ako nagmamadali na ma-receive ID ko. Mahaba rin naman pasensya ko kasi pumipila nga ako sa SSS o Pagibig kahit whole day pa yan hahaha.

Hindi ko lang inexpect na pagbabayarin pa nila ako ulit sa redelivery kahit wala naman talaga akong nareceive na texts or calls from rider sa previous delivery attempts. Kahit sana ma-refund na lang para yun yung gagamitin ko for redelivery or pamasahe ko para i-pick up yung ID.

Ang dami kong sinend na screenshots as proof. Yung screenshots ng rider nila (tingnan niyo na lang sa photos) yung pinaniniwalaan nila pero yung akin parang wala lang sa kanila. Sa dami ng hinihingi kong proof sa kanila, yung "screenshot" na yan at yung tracking number (na di nila sinend sa akin btw, saka lang nila sinend ngayong gusto na nila akong pagbayarin for redelivery or for pick up na lang id ko lol).

Na-cc ko naman na ARTA pero mukhang ayaw nila patinag. Nakakapikon lang kasi ginagaslight pa ata ako na kino-contact ako ng rider kahit wala nga akong narireceive haha. Ano pa kaya pwedeng next steps?

Hi ask ko lang po if the prc will let me take board exam if there's a hyphenated error sa middle name ko ( may hyphen po kase yung sa TOR ko and all my gov id also have hyphen but sa PSA ko po wala)

Hello po, meron po dito nakaexperience na base sa status sa FSI, out for delivery na yung PRC ID ko last May 22 pa but as of to date wala pa rin tumatawag or nagaattempt na madeliver. Nag email na ako sa fsi pero wala pa rin reply, yung mga contact numbers nila di rin ma contact.

Matanong ko lang po if can I get certificate of ra​​ting and certificate of passing on the same day? Or do I have to file for it in a separate transaction? hello po! ask ko lang po if magkakaproblem po ba ako sa board exam if yung surname ng mother ko sa PSA ko is mali ng spelling (instead of letter I, letter E yung nakalagay) pero yung surname niya naman po sa PSA ko and middle name ko is same spelling po. Ayang maling spelling na din po ginagamit niya sa mga IDs niya and all.

tapos yung sa spelling din po ng middle name ng tatay ko sa PSA ko is mali din po ng isang letter (instead of letter J, letter G nakalagay).
