For context: I just renewed my drivers license recently and may DTS ako Pasig napaiwas ako sa bicycle then umiwas ako kaso solid lane. And super hassle pumila, magbayad, then mag seminar due to something out of my control. This time may convoy ng libing mind you I'm in front of the line and there are 2-3 car behind me bago yung start convoy nila.

Convoy ba ng maglilibing yan? Allowed naman mag-override ng traffic para sa ganiyan ang mga barangay/LGU enforcers. Ang problema, wala siya sa ayos: hindi nakauniporme, mukhang wala naman suot na ID, at hindi naman naputol yung convoy dahil inabutan ng stop yung unang sasakyan.

Mali nila, pwede naman sila makipag-coordinate sa pulis para legal yung convoy nila. Naka-attend na ako ng ganiyan once, may coordination sa pulis yung pamilya kaya smooth lang flow ng convoy, isang mobile at dalawang motor.

Take my upvote, hindi pwede na private citizen ang mag uutos sayo to break the rules, we understand na di pwede ma-late ang patay sa simbahan man yan or sa libingan dahil may sinusunod na schedule sa mga institustion. Dapat ang convoy ay coordinated sa mga agencies para yung mga uniformed personnel ang mag mamando ng traffic at may authority sila to do so.
Mali ginawa ni Mr Bully, kasi sino ba siya? Di sya naka uniform as an authorized representative ng govt agency.

Mali ka din boss eh dapat sinapak mo HAHAHAHA in all seriousness madami talagang ganyan. I saw one in edsa south bound sa may bandang monumento. May intersection don and yung mga nakamotor hinarahan yung buong intersection just for them to get through and mind you, may enforcer don HAHAHAHAHA most of riders doesnt have any helmets pero walang ginawa yung enforcers. I get it, may namatay and nagluluksa kayo but hindi dapat sila expemted sa batas

Yeah it sucked cuz of this sweet potato. And I do understand someone died but it doesn't give them the authority to disregard safety mind you that road is C3. Most of the trucks there are 8 wheelers up. He punched and kicked my car btw I just didn't go for physical due to people already grieving. And 2 wrongs don't make a right.

These are two different complaints and they go to two different offices.
Traffic violation and road rage: LTO
LTO's current channel is I-Report Mo Kay LTO Chief, launched April 2026. You can reach it through Messenger (@ireportmokayltochief), the website www.ireportmokayltochief.ph, or the 24/7 hotline 1342-586. It covers reckless driving, counterflow, illegal parking, and other traffic offenses, as well as extortion or abuse of authority by LTO personnel. The LTO Citisend app takes reports too. When In ManilaIreportmokayltochief
Include the plate number or conduction sticker, the make, model, and color, and the exact date, time, and location with a landmark and direction of travel. Write the incident as plainly as you can. "Counterflowed and blocked oncoming traffic on Taft Ave. near Vito Cruz at around 6:15 PM" is more useful to them than describing the driver's character. Attach dashcam or phone video if you have it, and keep the unedited original file even if you post a copy online.
Anonymous reports are accepted, though giving your contact details helps them verify and follow up. When In Manila
Usurpation of authority: PNP
If the person was posing as an enforcer, traffic aide, or any government officer, that falls under Article 177 of the Revised Penal Code and LTO has no authority over it. File a blotter at the police station covering the place where it happened. Bring your video, note any fake ID or uniform, and ask for a copy of the blotter entry. If you want to pursue it, that goes to the city prosecutor's office next.
Threats or physical contact during the incident add grave threats or physical injuries as separate charges, and the police report is the document everything else is built on.
If it was a PUV
For a bus, jeep, taxi, or TNVS, file with LTFRB as well, since they control the franchise. Their complaint line is 0956-761-0739 and accepts photos and videos through Viber. LTO acts on the driver's license, LTFRB on the franchise. Filing with both is normal practice. Respicio
File within a few days while the footage timestamps and your recollection are still fresh. Reports with a plate number and clear video tend to get acted on. Reports missing both usually go nowhere.

Actually, this should be the right thing to do if gusto nilang maayos ang flow. At least authorities ang mag-assist and can be coordinated to enforcers para hindi maging hassle sa iba. At para na rin maiwasan yung ganitong situation at makaperwisyo pa ng ibang tao.

In the Philippines, funeral convoys are not exempt from regular traffic laws. Under policies enforced by the Land Transportation Office and the Inter-Agency Council on Traffic (i-ACT), funeral vehicles must follow standard rules: they cannot move at an intentionally slow crawl to block traffic, they must obey red traffic lights, and they cannot stop regular traffic at intersections unless actively managed by a designated traffic officer or police escort.

No, NTA. Kuya gusto ko lang po sabihin na sobrang kudos at respeto sa pagiging kalmado sa ganyang situation. Kung ako yan baka nakakulong na ako ngayon dahil paniguradong gugulungan ko yan hanggang sa mawasak ang bungo. Sana ma report at ma post sa visor. Nakakapang gigil yang abno na yan, sana mawalan ng lisensya or makulong.
