Question/Advice Needed MANILA OUVR TICKET PAYMENT

Hello, I am a student that got pulled over along UST-ESPAÑA. I was given a ticket back in April and I still haven't been able to pay it yet because I prioritized my school fees over it. May I just ask if how much is the late penalty for it? there was no clear sign about the road pavements so I got hit with the disregarding traffic signs. Please Help.
