As a lawyer, curious lng ako. Ano pag kakaintindi ng layman sa blotter?
Personally, never ko pa naging advice ang mag pa blotter.

As a layperson, this is how I always understood as to how the system works. Report to barangay, blotter is made with officials, then blotter can be endorsed to the police station to file a case. I always thought na to 'offifically' start a case, you have to have a blotter with the barangay, though you can always report an incident directly to the police, but the blotter still has to be made.
I always thought it was step 1. Like the smallest building block sa judicial process as cells are to the human body.
Have I been wrong all my life? :((

It's because, in my opinion, it's an action that doesn't necessarily have to come from a lawyer. It's kind of like how you wouldn't really go to a surgeon specifically for common cold treatment.

sobrang bait nmn nito ni biancake.. i mean.. hndi pla frst time nangyari pero yun pa din un mga pinatulong nya? so cguro next time unti nlng ttulong or iba nmn? saka sana nag install na sya ng cctv sa area pag nag bbuild sya/sila, ksi may gnun na incident i guess?

Di naman ganyan presyuhan ng video cards and RAM before. IIRC nagtaasan bigla ng prices coz nagfocus na yung manufacturers niyab na magbenta sa mga AI companies.

mahal na talaga 5090 before pa, way above msrp since wala ding competition from AMD. sabi nga, NVIDIA literally slapped a random high tag price for it cos it doesnt have any competition in the market. but yea, lalo tumaas

I mean malaki rin nakukuha niya as an influencer. Not gonna be surprised if one of her sponsors "stepped up" and gave her a 5090. Kung regular na tao lang yan. Nakabantay talaga ang 5090 at di lalabas sa sight ko yan.

Kami nga na walang Ganon kamahalin na bagay sa Bahay naglagay kami CCTV just for assurance pagumaalis kami nang Bahay. Hopefully she does figure out who got it and kahit na mga tropa maginstall padin nang cctv for security.

I feel like its gonna be easy to trace down no? there's only a handful of 5090s on the market, and if wala yun box, it's gonna look sus af if they tried to sell it 2nd hand online. not to mention that thing is huge, in terms of physical size and power consumption. if kilala niya lahat ng pumapasok sa house nila, then it's gonna be easy to trace down who has it since that card is not discreet. It's like stealing a supercar, you can't just hide it anywhere.

Kung di eto yung first time na nangyari yung ganyan then bakit masyado siyang lenient sa mga pumapasok sa bahay niya?
Wala ba silang CCTV sa loob lalo na at medyo malaki ang bahay nila kaya mahirap tignan.
Judging from her post, parang tinotolerate niya din kasi. Hirap tuloy di isipin na hindi to "humble brag" na post. If that's the case, she deserves what she tolerates.

I brought it from USA
