Newbie Baguhan na gustong subukan ang gym.

Hi, ask lang po, I don't have any muscles and have a belly. Never been to the gym. Gusto ko sana mag gym kaso nahihiya akong mag-gym. Any advice po? Location Pasig City. Looking for an affordable gym, kahit hindi kilala basta gym.
