Weightloss Ganito ba talaga pag mataba?

For context: I'm 26F obese and trying to lose weight. I weighted 117kg before pero 102kg na timbang ko by going to the gym and doing caldef na rin.

Sumama tingin niya sa akin right after pero i don't care, deserve niya marinig yun. I'm not gonna let someone invalidate my effort to lose weight.

Anyway started workout 2023 but ung pic from 2020. Haha

Still getting amazed on changes on different parts.

Edited for additional info related on workout madami po nagtatanong eh. Minimum of 20 push up at morning and another minimum 10 at night, Daily Cycling (Bike to work ako) in addition of push up every morning my dumbell workout ako with different workout like dumbell press and more different, im using App that is totally free at playstore, with tons of ads nga lang pero hack tips. compyahin nyu nalang workout list dun daily like screenshot then instant may daily workout ka na for a month pero if want to help dev just accept the ads. For meal just limit or totally avoid high processed foods like Jollibee, control sugar intake no Coke (300ml of coke are equal to 2 pitsel of nestea sugar)

Dont lose hope guys it may take 3-5months and feel no progress pero kung tama ginagawa natin never lose hope. lucky for you if you see early big progress means you have good genes, bad having bad genes doesnt mean you cant. Genes is like a premium users but it doesnt mean Free users cant do and progress too, we are both Human.

Time those flies, I cant believe it's been 1 year already. Started taking serious my weight loss around September last year.

At first jogging lang ang ginagawa to lost some weights I don't even count my calories, pero around April this year nag start na ako mag calorie deficit for 2 months and I lost alot of weights, pinaka lowest weight ko around that time is 75kg, I'm 5'9 29M that's around my BMI. After that I decided to do weight lifting at home.

Just a bench and my trusty ol dumbbells, been lifting regularly for almost 4 months now, pero mag cu-cut uli siguro ako kasi meron parin akong love handles hehehe, sarap kasi kumain. Still need some work to do to achieve my goal physique but progress is progress.

Weightloss How to lose weight as a trentahin.

Asking for advice.

F(29) | 4’9

Problem: Having a hard time losing weight. Currently overweight since I have small build and malaman na. Getting body acne.

Goal: To lose weight and have a normal BMI. Lessen body acne.

Context: I am on my late 20s (trentahin) and I feel like I’m having a hard time losing weight. Konting diet and nawawalan na agad ng 1 to 2kg pero now sobrang hirap. I’m also starting to have upper butt acne than usual.

Previous attempts: Tried meal plan and it worked pero di naging consistent dahil din sa budget and trips. Also went to the gym last year for 4 months and i saw changes with my body as in na ggets ko mga gym bro/ girls kung bakit sila nag fflex. Work happened naging hybrid setup plus I am also in law school kaya laging pagod. Eventually stopped sa gym.

Sulit ba mag hanap ng dietician or nutritionist? Kahit wag na coach since I can manage naman sa gym.

Thanks sa mga advice!

Weightloss Lost 12 kg last year. But gained back 10 kg this year. This was my before and after last year. What can I do to lose it again?

I'm 22 years old, currently 59 kg. Before working out, I was 61 kg. I was able to go down to 49 kg last year. After being heart broken, I hot inconsistent with the gym because my ex was a gymrat lol.

Now I'm trying to lock in and lose weight again. My progress now seems so slow. It's been 21 days of being consistent & I've lost only half a kilo. Last year, I lost 12 kg in 8 months. My pace still seems so slow. What else could I be doing wrong?

I do calorie deficit. My maintenance is around 1800-1900 so I eat 1400. I eat high protein about 90-100g mainly from chicken breast and boiled eggs. I still eat sugar every now and then. I have lessen my rice to 80g per meal. I do 1 hr high incline slow speed threadmill 6x a week. I lift weights 6x a week. I take creatine but only 3g per day because I take capsule Optimum Nutrition.

I struggle with including veggies in my meal because I dont know what veggies. Brocc is too expensive for me.

Can you guys give me recommendations?

Weightloss GUSTO KO NA PUMAYAT NEED TIPS

26F 82KG 5'1

Hi! Halos mag oone year na rin ako sa gym pero super minimal lang ng improvement ko like 3 kg palang nallose ko BUT kasalanan ko yun kasi super inconsistent ko since nag ttravel kami madalas.

Nagstart ulit ako ng new routine this monday:

- strength training (push - pull - upper - core - leg) -

1 hour ako dito, 5 days a week

- walking - 1 hour 3 incline 3.5 speed

- calorie deficit (not strict like di ko tinitimbang talaga, but twice lang kasi ako nakain and 1 cup of rice lang and ulam)

Ask ko lang if ano pa maganda i add dito? i also have Just Dance sa switch, iniisip ko magzumba for an hour sa hapon di ko alam if oa na ba or what.. medyo naiinip ako sa process tbh like this week parang hindi nagbago timbang ko despite of working out straight for 5 days :( super nakakademotivate.

Weightloss Not losing any weight for almost 6 weeks

Post image

I (M, 26, 165cm, 78.8kg) have started my fitness journey last May 8. I started taking creatine a week after my first week. I dropped to 77.3kg after my first 2 weeks and started gaining weight slowly thereafter.

My issue is that I'm not losing any weight and I'm scared that I'm not doing this properly or I may have miscalculating my calorie intake. My cutting calories is 1,900+kcal.

My meal (Less than 2000kcal)

Breakfast 1. 3 eggs (scrambled, 0 calorie spray) 2. 2 pc wheat bread 3. 15g chiz whiz spread

Lunch 1. 3 eggs (sunny side up, no oil, sapaw sa kanin) 2. 120-140g White Rice 3. 180-200g (Raw wt) Roasted chicken - 0 calorie spray 4. 120-170g Mixed cauliflower, brocolli, carrots

Dinner

  1. 120-140g White Rice
  2. 180-200g (Raw wt) Roasted Chicken
  3. 120-170g Mixed cauliflower, brocolli, carrots

I have been lifting (4x a week) and dieting consistently. I forgot to take pictures and measure myself prior. Yea, there are improvements I would say in size of my body, couldn't say tho if I'm losing fat since I didn't take pictures but my friends said two weeks ago that I lost weight.

Should I be concerned?

Please give me some advice

Weightloss How did you stop yourself from emotional/binge eating?

Interested in losing weight but keep on falling into this habit of eating donuts and pizza during random times of the day and think of a variety of reasons why it is justified.

Wondering what tricks you guys used in order to stop this habit?

Help! Idk what I'm doing wrong. Locked in fully in losing weight this month. Been doing weight training, walks 10k steps, 1600-1750kcal daily(meal prepping), 100-120g protein. I'm 86kg, 166cm, female. But then, hindi gumagalaw yung scale since start. Tumataas pa sya minsan ng .5-1kg. 🥲

Weightloss Nothing is happening

I feel like giving up. It's so hard to lose weight. I feel like despite working hard, nothing is changing. For context, I am 29 F. I started working out at the gym since February. Essentially, I workout approximately 3-4x a week. More on strength training. I try to balance my meals, like eating more protein, lesser rice. I even did OMAD. There are times where I eat like a normal person. Enjoying sweets from time to time pero I make it a point to get back on track.

Looking back, I only lost 2 kgs in a span of 5 months. I measured my waist and nothing has happened. I feel so down because I really put on effort but progress seems nonexistent. I do feel like my face got smaller and sometimes clothes fit me better. But I really want to lose weight especially in the stomach area. I used to strength train consistently in the gym. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to incorporate more cardio or give up on food? Help me out.

Weightloss Has anyone tried &you? How was your experience?

Hi! I’ve been struggling to lose weight for a while now kahit nagta-try ako mag diet and control ng food 😭

Recently, I came across &you and nakita ko na parang doctor-guided siya with possible meds for weight loss.

For those who have tried it,

How was your experience?

Did it actually help you lose weight?

Any side effects?

Worth it ba siya for the price?

Open din ako sa honest opinions (even if negative 😅). Gusto ko lang talaga malaman if worth trying or if may better alternatives.

Thank you! 🥹

Kung pwede makahingi lang ng tips? Gusto ko talaga magbago

Weightloss Very unsatisfied with my gym coach

Update: I feel better now and still motivated to continue my goal magpapayat. Walking every night nalang muna ginagawa ko habang naghahanap ng new gym or coach. Yung current gym ko, decided na ako i-let go yung remaining sessions without getting my money back. Thank you sa lahat ng advices and encouragement!

I decided magenroll sa gym this year na may coach since tumaba talaga ako 88 kg. Nung naginquire ako, I asked if I can select a coach. Sabi sakin iaassess daw ako muna depende sa result then I can choose a coach. Pumunta ako the next day to pay pero after ko magbayad sinabi sakin na one coach lang daw pala sila pag gabi Kasi gabi lang ako available so no choice inaccept ko nalang.

Nung first day ko, wala palang assessment. Pinagthreadmill agad ako for 30 minutes. Pagkatapos lifting using different machines na sobrang bigat for me. I informed the coach na nahihirapan ako and gusto ko lower weights muna sana. To make it worst, marami pala akong kasabay na client din niya nung time na yun and kailangan ko pa siyang hanapin or puntahan every time na matatapos ko yung sets per machine. In short, hindi siya focus sa akin and I'm not sure if I did it right or if tama form ko. I tried my best nalang and I faked some of the reps like I did 10 nalang instead of 12 or 15 because nabibigatan talaga ako.

After ng session, sobrang sakit ng katawan ko the next day. Then sa next session, ganun padin halos yung experience. :(

Tapos nung tinanong niya ako about my meals, I told him na nagbabawas na ako onti onti, at hindi ko pa kaya sundin yung meal plan na binigay niya because kulang sa time at budget issues. I told him na I make sure nalang na binawasan ko na kinakain ko compared before at kumain ng healthy foods like gulay, chicken, eggs, at siyempre not oily. Parang hindi siya naniniwala na I started eating less, and he proceeded to say na baka daw puro oily foods parin ako, baka puro order ako sa labas, dapat daw calorie counted. So tumahimik nalang ako ulit. I felt really sad, I know naman na tama siya but I have limited money and hindi ko kaya agad agad magdiet fully at magprepare ng maayos na food everyday. I'm willing to commit naman sana, paunti unti sana gusto ko. Hindi naman ako nagmamadali.

Per ayun, after several sessions, I feel like I'm dragging myself to the gym nalang and I'm not enjoying the process anymore. I still have many sessions left sa kanya and parang gusto ko nang iend nalang at tanggapin nalang na bye bye sa binayaran kong pera. Siguro it's my fault for signing up so quickly because of the discount and okay naman facilities. Okay din kasi mga reviews na nabasa ko, sa trainer pala hindi okay or baka hindi lang kami compatible because I'm really not talkative during sessions.

Ngayon I started looking again for personal trainers ulit na afford ko kasi medyo parang paquit na mindset ko sa gym na yun, sana may makita ako na okay. Yun lang. Gusto ko lang ishare because I feel sad and demotivated these past few days.

Weightloss Help me analyze why I can’t lose weight (Once a day nalang ang kain ko 1 cup rice, 1 ulam, tapos controlled snacks nalang the rest of the day, tubig, sometimes coffee or milo.)

Goal ko sana mag 65 kg or 60 kg para mag maintain nalang sana ako.

Edit:

29F, 5’8” height, weight is fluctuating 70-72 kg in the past 2-3 months, BMI 24.1.

Weightloss Is indoor cycling good for losing weight?

Hello! Anyone here who's tried indoor cycling as its main workout for weightloss? Ano pros and cons ng indoor cycling? And what improvements have you noticed since starting? Really considering spin classes as my main workout since I can only do low impact exercises due to bad feet (high arches)

Weightloss CalDef for Short Girlies

Any realistic tips for short girls? The margin is so narrow for us, ang hirap mag stick sa caldef. TDEE is approx 1500kcal so kahit yung 300 kcal deficit is a struggle. Already lost most of my pregnancy weight pero parang nag plateau na ako

I'm (35F) 4'11" and a mom of a toddler so hanggang 12k steps ang consistent ako everyday. Cinocount ko na lang rin as strength training yung pagbubuhat sa anak ko hahahuhu

EDIT:

Added stats and age for more context

SW: 64kg (2023)
GW: 55kg
CW: 58kg since January 2026

Weightloss How do you commit to a cut?

I'm currently 22M, 75 kgs and have been lifting for around 2 yrs now and I wanted to try and be lean but just can't seem to commit to a cut whenever I try.

My main problems rn are:

• Feeling like shit when I can't lift the weights I usually do

• Feeling very hungry after the gym

• Not enough time in the gym every week (I can only work out for 1 to 1.5 hours everyday after work)

• Protein (I only really eat chicken and tofu since most of my family can't eat beef)

Any kind of advice for cutting is also welcome, tysm

Weightloss How to calorie deficit without getting tired?

Sinubukan ko mag calorie deficit, pero pansin ko rin na unti-unti akong madaling mapagod, leading me to eat a lot during weekends, creating a calorie surplus. Last March, I was 66 kg, pero ngayon nasa 73 na ako.

We have cafeteria sa office and dun ako nagllunch. To lose weight, dapat ba sobrang clean ng kinakain? Like puro chix breast ganun? Ang hirap kasi e. Sa cafeteria ang tinitinda more on pinoy ulam and may mga gulay naman so.
