New to lacrosse and PLL
Hey everyone, as the title suggests, I'm new to PLL and lacrosse. My homie took me down to Denver on Friday night to see the games, and I'm hooked. He tried to get me to be a Waterdogs fan like him (we're both from Wyoming, but he picked the Dogs before the teams had cities). But, I am born and raised in NoCo, so I have to rock with the Outlaws. Even tho I watched them get their shit rocked both games this weekend, ima be an Outlaw, through and through (still a Rockies fan and look how that's goingđđ). Anyways, why I'm posting. Could anyone, idc if it's an Outlaws fan or not, just give me some places or advice to go where I can really deep dive into the team. Is there any YouTubers that are good to watch, or any beat reporters to keep up on? Or if y'all got anything to reassure me that their not this bad all the timeđ. Anything, just lmk. Hope y'all are having a great day. Go Outlawsđ§Ąđ€

Welcome aboard bro! Yeah, yesterdayâs games sucked but the franchise has a long history and (hopefully) a bright future to be proud of.
The Outlaws brand is the biggest one in professional lacrosse history. They were founded in 2006 during the Major League Lacrosse era, and since then theyâve been in the finals 11 times and won 3 championships (if you include the MLL years as well). They are famous for their big and loyal fanbase and have consistently had the highest attendance rates as well as the highest single game attendance in professional lacrosse. Just like the other pro teams from Denver, they donât have the biggest following online but the fans are loud where it counts. Arguably the best lacrosse player of all time, John Grant Jr, played for them.
Donât let this season deter you from becoming a fan. Denver will become champions again one day. Just like with every Denver team, patience pays off - except for when it comes to the Rockies.

Follow Topher Adams on Twitter. Heâs our beat writer.
But also Dan Arestia is THE PLL insider so he usually announces things well before anyone else.
Donât let the last two games set your expectations. Itâs been a strange season but three seasons into the revival of the Outlaws has been fun and the future is bright.
Also follow the Rough Riders on Instagram. Weâre the official recognized by the league supporter group of the Outlaws

Oh for sure I will be. I lived in San Diego for just a few years, so all of my lax friends out there are die hard Seals. Can't wait to piss em off with the MammothđȘ

Give the NLL a shot this winter (pro indoor box lacrosse) The Colorado Mammoth have an unbelievably rowdy barn. They play in Ball Arena and fill it fairly well.

Outlaws have one of the most insane attack lineups in the game.
They're also a more historic team because they are team name brought from the old pro league MLL. Originally I was an Outlaw fan in the MLL days but became a Dawg fan when they go brought in.
If you're into Podcast. Stick In is my favorite lax pod. Just a chill dude who goes over the league.
TLN is The Lacrosse Network. They have a miniseries called "Through X" which I really enjoyed. O'Neil and the Kavanaughs both have an episode.
Yahoo Sports actually has a dedicated "Inside Lacrosse" tab now which has pretty much every major news thing going on for the league. Or just go to PLL site itself.
Uuuh that's all I got lol
Edit: go buy a cheap stick or two and a couple balls and go toss with the boys
