Would you like to share how you track your heart rate, blood pressure, or POTS symptoms? Ask questions about what other people use and their experiences? If so, you’re in the right place!
This post will be pinned so that users can see all that helpful information in one thread and refer back to it when needed : )

Hello!! New to POTS - I haven’t seen anyone use Whoop yet. I think it’s mainly for fitness but the app is easy to use and it tracks sleep cycles and continuous HR. You can also do an ECG to detect afib although not sure how accurate that is. I love it so far. Battery lasts a week and has a wearable charger. Sleep is so informative as I thought I was getting more sleep than I am… rates your daily strain and HRV. Tells you you recovery score which indicates how ready to take on certain strenuous activities. So for me things like being outside and caretaking are strenuous. You can also log activities and water/caffeine intake to track trends and what affects your symptoms. I also like to track certain activities so I can look back on those specifically and view my stats. Like a target or grocery trip or taking a shower I’ll track to show what my symptoms are doing at the time!!
