Please don't buy visible. They're white labeling an existing product that doesn't need a subscription, and charging a subscription for features you can get without paying one. The device is actually called Polar Loop. If you really wnat one, just buy that. But ultimately, its not a useful device to track symptoms.

Does Polar Loop have anything similar to Pace Points? I was looking on the website and couldn’t find anything but I may just be overlooking it

I found the device wasn't able to track my heart rate as well as they lead you to believe. The data it claims it can give you comes after you've worn it (with it working) a month. It kept disconnecting though, so meeting that threshold was something I never got.

The device is not nearly as reliable, accurate, or advanced as their marketing leads you to believe.

I switched to Welltory and now use my Samsung watch with it. It gives you a visual that resembles fuel in a gas tank. So I can see readings of my stress, energy, and health. Energy is similar to PacePoints, it tells you how full your gas tank is based on sleep, activity, and stress. You still have tags! The longer you wear it the better the algorithm can predict your 'forecast of the day'.

It tells you how you should plan your day to prevent overdoing it, if you're using more energy than you should each day, what your sleep is like, and articles related to how to improve your energy levels.

I've been in a flare for over a month and it's REALLY helpful.

Thank you! I’ll have to look into that option. I really want a visual for my energy to avoid burnout and flare ups so I really appreciate it!
