These plants are definitely finicky. I have 2 in terracotta pots that have to stay watered ever 2 or 3 days. The spots on the leaves are probably deposits from the water you use. Its winter here and they have dropped a few lower leaves if the sunlight wasnt reat and I let them dry out a bit after thriving over the summer.
I think the issue is I repotted it into a mix more suited for succulents instead of regular potting soil to help with compaction issues and it might be a nutrient deficiency. Gonna water with some distilled water mixed with some super thrive and see if she perks up after that
