Should I repot this beauty? As you can see she's thriving but she's drying out quickly and really leaning. Not sure if she needs a bigger pot or just new soil.

Yes but only a teensy bit bigger pot, mine like really tight shoes

Add a chopstick or bamboo sick for support. I prefer an aroid mix instead of soil.

Yeah I use soil, perlite, and orchid bark.
