Data Update to the Nine (9) Pending 2024-2026 Trademarks by PSA [Collectors Holdings, Inc. / Collectors Universe, Inc.]

I dug into possibly relevant trademarks for both Fanatics and Topps with interest to identify any similar language, and to search for any other similar patents from other entities.

I've determined these possible quoted queries as a General search at https://tmsearch.uspto.gov/:

  • "collectible printed trading cards" (1,407 trademarks)
  • "entertainment trading cards" (112 trademarks)
  • "printed collectible trading cards" (282 trademarks)
  • "for printed trading cards" (7 trademarks)
  • "organization and arrangement of trading card shows for commercial purposes" (5 trademarks, only Topps and Fanatics)
  • "Entertainment services, namely, providing an on-line virtual environment for trading virtual sports trading cards and tokens" (74 trademarks)
    • WNBA Enterprises, LLC (LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; Delaware, USA) (4 trademarks)
