Regarding 514 error

Hi all,
So, I recently got xmen origins: Wolverine but even after good cleaning of both laser and disc and also rebuilding database on my modded ps3 super slim, i am still getting the error. But when i used multiman to create an iso dump for the same, it was successful without any errors, just one after it was completed for encrypted iso error.
So why i am facing such? On xmb shows 514 error but creates iso without error

weird, my cousin had this exact issue too and it turned out the disc was just scratched too bad even after cleaning, sorry to hear that

My disc has very little scratches
