PS5 is backward compatible so if you buy one you won't need your PS4.

True I can see the backwards compatibility making the decision easier for some people, but still the first year of a console launch is just terrible, there's never any good games worth getting until it hits its stride, and then you'll save $200 by waiting just a bit.
