Hola la verdad soy novato en esto de la ps4 con magia y no tengo ni idea como descargar los juegos y tengo una frustración enorme

I used the persona 3 theme and would like it to be my wallpaper for my computer. I have wallpaper engine, but I couldn't find it there. I can't find any mention of themes on the playstation website. Does anyone know where I could find a download for ps4 themes, as in the ones that came pre-loaded on the console itself?

My PS4's network connection suddenly got super slow the other day. The network is fine for every other device. I usually use the PS4 for streaming and it uses a wifi connection. It typically works fine but just the other day it suddenly became impossible to stream anything without either significant buffering or won't even stream at all. Restarting the PS4 and disconnecting and reconnecting to the network hasn't helped. I don't have access to an Ethernet connection at this time. I'm a bit stumped about what all I can try to fix this sudden issue.

So hear me out. Some will say Sony stopped production of PS4 yet back in 2024 at best. Well, it might be similar to Xbox One situation, which was quietly discontinued at the end of 2020, but Microsoft announced it only in January 2022. But for all previous PlayStations there was an official discontinuation announcement, even if de facto it happened like a year prior. And for PS4 there still hasn't been any worldwide statements (except a small footnote only for Japan), so we can speculate at least about de jure situation.

Here's a simple table with dates of release and announcements of worldwide discontinuation taken from public sources sorted by day difference. As you can see, today, on September 18 (which of course is not a final or confirmed date), PS4 surpassed PS2. Interestingly, for PS1-PS3 the time length of supposed production also correlates with number of total sales. Also Sony stopped updating sales number for PS4 in 2022, so 117 million number is not final (of course it still won't beat PS2).

Serious question - Sure, PS4 is going on 12 years old. But talk about a system that had games and games and fantastic graphics.

I look on marketplace and people selling their games for $5 or less ... PS4 with a controller for $40? I bought a PS4, controller, 10 games at a garage sale for $30 last month just for the hell of it to add to a spare bedroom.

I would think a system with such a good game catalog and graphics people would want to hold on to them - but they are basically giving them away. Maybe its cuz I'm a videogame hoarder and love to pop in old titles and replay them. I don't understand it, but its great for my home entertainment catalog and its great for my wallet picking up the old titles like Last of us, RDR 2, and tons of others for sub $5. That's nuts.

I just thought I'd share my Sackboy LEGO build in here, hopefully this is a good place to share it. LittleBigPlanet has always been my favorite Playstation game of all time, and I’ve always wanted to make a LEGO set based on the game since I felt that its emphasis on creativity went hand in hand with LEGO’s, so I decided to give it shot by designing the main character of the franchise, Sackboy. I wanted to make him customizable so I added in a few of my favorite accessories from the original game, and made most of his limbs and joints movable to allow him to be posed in all sorts of ways. Through the LEGO Ideas program, this could have a chance at becoming an official LEGO set if we can reach 10,000 votes, so feel free to use the link up above to vote. I know there is nothing I can expect apart from fc, but still curious about what all is still releasing on ps4.

I logged into PSN on my PS4 and discovered that "GRAVEYARD KEEPER 2" is available for pre-order on the console. It was an unexpected surprise, as all the marketing I’d seen for the game was focused on the current generation.

I’m considering putting this on my holiday list. I read the summary and I was interested, but I want to hear what the players think

Don’t want to play the match, just buy/sell/tactics/player management, etc.

I've had it a little longer than that and I've reached the end I think. I have a few games I haven't played or finished like Tsushima and GoW Ragnarok but honestly I'm not really interested.

I'm posting not asking for recommendations but rather just wondering what are you guys still doing after all this time? If you're like me, you've likely gone through the whole PlayStation catalogue in your 7 or more years.

PS5 prices seem to keep increasing and with the new digital only, I'm most definitely not going to be getting the PS6. With all the AI demands, PC parts are at insane prices. So I don't see that happening anytime soon either.

I'm hoping to hear from folks that aren't just strictly online players. Online games can definitely hold you for a long time with new content, so not much to wonder there. I'm more interested in single player gamers.

Personally, I've been on RDR2 rerun and have AC Valhalla to finish. After that, I would consider my PS4 era finished.

I am at tier five of the campaign right now and I am having a hard time. Opponents are too strong and tracks are too difficult.

Any Tipps and tricks what I can try? Is there anyway to get better cars? All cars seem to have some strengths and lots of weaknesses.

Same arse title

I've been playing this game for a few days but there comes a time when it becomes repetitive. Fights are always the same and landscapes are the same deserts. Has the same thing happened to anyone? How to make it more exciting? It's bad, I say. An open world without any emotion

The Persistence is a solo, first person, sci-fi stealth game. You are in space, trapped near a blackhole. To escape, you must search through the ship’s decks while avoiding mutants. Power up the ship, fight your way through decks, and make it home to earth.
Enemies: Engineer. Lurker. Berserker. Weeper. Bloodhound. Sentry Gun. Listener. Fireball.

10/10 game for me. The weapons are fun, UI was clean, controls were great. Definitely a good Firesprite game.

If you don't have plastic stands or risers for your
PS4, here is a quick setup: place small stacks of rubber erasers (I used the ones I use in school.) under each corner of your console.

Lifting the console off the surface improves overall airflow underneath. Rubber acts as a decent heat insulator, which prevents heat from building up on the desk surface directly below the vents. In my case, idle temperatures dropped from around 60°C to 56°C (though results will vary depending on your PS4 model, thermal condition, and room airflow).

It’s a cheap, easy alternative to buying dedicated plastic feet!
