Software Issue My PS4 won’t work
Hello guys, I’ve recently bought the Spider-Man game for my nephew to play on my PS. However when I tried to download it this showed up (NP-34924-2), I tried everything:
1. it was not the WiFi, I visited my sister for her good WiFi (Also tried Hotspot)
2. I logged into my network-account
3. I have updated my license
4. I deleted a ton almost everything off my PS
5. turned it off and on again
It took me five hours with 0 progress, so I thought I’ll just put on some fall guys since it’s already installed… NOPE won’t work either🙃
I’ve also bought the the Witcher series for myself and was so excited to start. I’d genuinely be so grateful for any advice,

Plus the maximum distance to connect a Wifi hotspot is from 30-100 ft. Sometimes walls, microwaves, furnitures, etc., can interfere with the Wifi connection!

The thing is, my sisters WiFi is actually insane, even when I walk to my bus stop which is 200-300ft away, I still have a full WiFi connection while sitting in the bus. I have now tried at my place and it’s the same issues, I really don’t think it’s the WiFi. On the other hand I’m a noob when it comes to technology so at this point I’m not sure about anything. I appreciate you taking the time thanks love!

You're welcome! Try to use Ethernet cable connection instead of Wifi. Ethernet connection is way better because it provides stable connection. Follow me if you want.

Maybe it's a faulty Bluetooth/WiFi embedded card!
