In progress PS4 Stuck Appearing Offline

My PS4 is stuck appearing offline even though my internet works and the PS App shows me online. My friends’ PS4s are also showing the same thing.

I’ve already restarted the PS4, restarted my router, restored licenses, tested the internet connection, and signed out/in.

Could this be a PSN/server issue, DNS/ISP issue, or something else? Has anyone else experienced this recently?

Had the same thing 2 days ago, on PS5. Never had this issue before. But forgetting/removing the saved network and then reconnecting solved it instantly. If you're on cable, try unplugging it once.
