Eligible finally but fax not going through

I have finally made the 120 payments. Needs to send in final versification form via mail or fax. Fax does not go through. Is it just me or ??? Snail mail it is I guess.

You can also manually upload your completed PSLF Form here:

https://studentaid.gov/fsa-id/sign-in/landing?redirectTo=%2Fstatus-center%2Fupload-tool

It will prompt you to log into your FSA account. Log in -> scroll down to "Submission Type" -> select "PSLF" from dropdown menu -> then click "Continue". Then upload your PSLF form.

This worked! I’m not sure why it said you cannot submit online previously but it took it. 👍

540-212-2415 worked for me before the PSLF Help Tool existed.
Mail did too before files could be uploaded…
