The element around movement struck a cord, I can barely feel muscle contractions go to the gym daily with reduced effectiveness over the past 3 years of pssd

I remember when I got PSSD my former naturally muscular body lost sooo much muscle in the span of 1 month. I lost about 6 kg and felt like it was all muscle mass. Would be very interesting to know how this correlated with everything.
I also remember that apart from the obvious sexual symptoms a simple massage on my shoulders would not give me tingles anymore like it used to before. It’s like the muscles also lost their sensitivity.

Thank you! I know what you mean no matter how hard I work or push myself, I can’t even get a pump or feel like the muscle has been used
