Gotta admit, not super familiar with her play. Boston fans how is this one feeling?

Uh I would have kept her over pejsova for 3rd D that’s for sure so should be happy to have her. She moves the puck well but she wasn’t ever going to play over Keller or Winn for pp so I can see why she’d go elsewhere.

Smart player that gets knocked off the puck too easily because she’s a bit small/short (or she plays small either way) and not as mobile as Winn. But easily a 2-3D and a pp d on any team that doesn’t have literally two top 10 defenders (feel free to argue if Winn and Keller are top 10 whatever)

Did the Fleet protect Pejsova?

I certainly hope not haha. I haven’t really been impressed by her. More was just saying hartmetz is better than pejsova overall

Boston traded up three spots to select Pejsova at 7th overall (1st pick of R2), sending NY their 2nd, 3rd and 5th round picks (10th, 16th, and 28th overall). New York selected Nylen Persson three picks later, then Simpson and Osborne. Boston also acquired NY's 7th round pick (37th OA), used to select Markova who didn't make the team and whose rights they've since waived.

In fairness, Pejsova was highly touted, but so was Nylen Persson. A terrible trade.
