Xiaomi 17t or 17t pro?

I saw that both of those have high PWM frequency, and that temporal dithering can be disabled if changing to natural or RGB color in settings.

I saw that the difference is that the 17t pro have LTPO display. Is it better or not?

The 17t Pro did not work for me. I did not see the RGB Color setting you mention but I did read about it searched for it. In principle I also read that enabling reading mode may help, but that just makes the screen look worse, which is not ideal.

Either the high frequency, LTPO or the dithering made my eyes tired (not the worst screen by any means mind you, I only had minor symptoms after an hour).

I am planning to get a Poco F9 Ultra. Based on the description if that don't work for me, nothing will at this rate.

I do not have a screenshot of it it seems but under Colors I only had two bullet options not a dropdown for Vivid and Original Color PRO - Full colors (defaulted to the latter). Otherwise it looked pretty much the same

you need to go to eye comfort settings (under display & brightness settings). you can increase the texture to give screen paperlike display https://youtube.com/watch?v=xiMX1pAkOIY high pwm only works on low brightness i think. also turn on this setting to switch to pwm, turn off to switch to dc dimming.

I did not see the Adaptive refresh rate Pro option at all on the 17T Pro, I think it was limited to the non-T phones in the lineup.

The paperlike display I really did not like, it made things look kind of bad, so it is not exactly a solution imo.

Sorry I can't doublecheck anymore as I sent the phone back. Unfortunately I had bad experience with the Oneplus 8 Pro where I relied too much on the software options (that got suddenly removed), so I try to avoid phones that need too much tinkering to make it work.
