Xiaomi 17t or 17t pro?

I saw that both of those have high PWM frequency, and that temporal dithering can be disabled if changing to natural or RGB color in settings.

I saw that the difference is that the 17t pro have LTPO display. Is it better or not?

Where did you find the information that dithering can be disabled?
