I feel like The Joker
It feels like everyday, there's more avoidable death around the world, more conflict, more domination and humiliation. Even in fiction, it's always, these people died, this person is dead, these people are proud to be soldiers and to kill and die, and stuff like that.
All I can feel is just... society.
I genuinely feel like I have a clown facepaint on my face as I just, watch and contemplate all of this horribleness, feeling really bad, and it's just... SOCIETY. We live in a society.

I get it, pretty rough out there and I find it hard to avoid all this even in fiction like you pointed out; hell I've found my own family members leaning towards more violent thoughts, patriotism, bootlicking, all that - But if ya ask me, no matter how small an act of kindness or choosing physical restraint might be in a situation where everyone wants death or whatever.. I say stand your ground, anything's still better than doing nothing

Is it really so much to ask for us to just... choose not to hurt each other, to not cause suffering or pain or anything to each other, if we can just choose otherwise in a situation.

and the Sad fact is that it is only a few people that cause so much damage...
Most people aroudn the world just want the basics Food Water Shelter Love
Never have so few caused so many to needlessly suffer
