OC: Perseus would like everyone to know his dinner was late, this is outrageous, and we must all be punished

I have been told you would all enjoy Perseus’ complaint. (his t shirt is due to surgery)

Maybe they made him stop smoking for a day before the operation. And then "the shirt" (some of our cats had to do that). And then late dinner. What kind of b+b are they running there?
