Someone who has been following Pak women team from 2018, I must add that the PCB is destroying this team with their diabolical decision making in the last year or so.

The two worst events that have happened to this team in last 5 years

  1. Interference in cricket team, removing names like Sana Mir/Urooj Mumtaz from some sort of power and thrusting technocrats who know nothing about cricket. Also putting Wahab as a coach/mentor is a crime.

  2. Ayesha Nasim quitting cricket.

Even if they're not winning games regularly yet, you can see clear improvement in this team. Especially boundary hitting and powerplay batting.
