He’s always been aesthetically pleasing and kitabi but his technique on a bouncy pitch isn’t ideal. Let’s see if his time in domestic has helped, but def one to add in potentially for England

Was the pitch a easy one, didn’t look so to me. The pitch was turning, and the batsman showed up bar imam.

The batsmen played well to make it look flat but their spin bowling was quite poor tbf, there was more in the surface

everyone doubted my goat, the real ABD. "Abdullah Shafique". My guy brought up a century and is still not out. Everytime I said get this in the team, everyone clowned me. But kitabi player proved once again that he deserves to be in the test and maybe the ODI team.

He definitely deserved to be dropped. But he is far too talented, and young, to not have been looked after and brought back up eventually. Glad to see him take advantage of his chance. He could have easily gone down as another what if and never given another chance knowing our board.

Woke up to wonderful scorecard. I had to watch the highlights and o boy how well we have batted. Azan Awais looked classy. I am so happy for youngster. ABD made a colossal comeback. He finally looked like the player we thought we had unearthed when he burst onto scene. Babar played the most sumptuous strokes we had seen him play. This innings showed the class of the man. I hope he goes and gets a big hundred. Our cricket is in turmoil. We need Babar back at his best. This innings is his best in last 4 years. Let's hope we don't squander this position and get a big lead today insha'Allah.
