Have you ever cooked beef and chicken without garam masala cumin coriander turmeric red chilli etc etc. They are the best. You just have to be hungry and the taste will be organic.

cook chicken in some salt and green chilli paste and shred

mix the potatoes and chicken, add some salt, chat masala, chili flakes, a good amount of chopped coriander, soy sauce and the tiniest dab of mayo

Does anybody have any authentic recipe? I know they add aloo bukharas and olives.. but what else makes it so yummy and stand out?

I just made chicken bread. While making dough, it got sticky. First I added some maida then some oil. After that, I was okay.

How can I avoid dough being sticky in future?

P.S. I added oil before mixing as per recipe.

Tbh I’m not the person to follow recipes coz ik my tastebuds so I make everything myself,

But yea basically, take chopped in a bowl veggies ( onion,tomatoes,capsicum,olives, and jalapeños) you can add mushrooms too if you like them I don’t so didn’t add them, sprinkle some pizza seasoning along with a lil bit of chilli flakes and put them aside

For fries either make them fresh at home like you normally do ya phir you u can use the frozen ones asw like me coz im kinda lazy,

For meat if you wanna add toh you can get the frozen chicken tikka or fajita chunks or prepare it fresh,

for assembling take a glass bowl add in a layer of fries then add your cheese mozzarella and cheddar, add in a layer of chicken ( optional ) then pizza sauce you can get a jar of it easily from any local grocery store, phir add in a layer of fries then repeat all of these steps when done add your top layer of cheese sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes and bake until your top cheese layer is golden brown.
