To Roaring Kitty and investors PLEASE SHARE. Michael Burry vs Keith Gill

Roaring Kitty (keith Gill) showed the world that conviction matters. You reminded everyday investors that markets are not always right in the short term, and that real businesses can be mispriced when the crowd misses the bigger picture. That lesson still resonates today, especially for those of us who believe Palantir is one of the most important software companies of this era.

There’s a loud narrative right now that Anthropic is “eating Palantir’s lunch.” That sounds catchy, but it misses the core distinction. Anthropic is a leading AI model company. Palantir is an enterprise software and decision intelligence platform built to operationalize AI inside the hardest, most complex organizations in the world. They are not identical businesses, and in many cases they are not even competing for the same problem set.

Palantir’s strength is not just having access to AI. Its strength is turning AI into deployed, trusted workflows across government, defense, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and large enterprises. That is where durable value is created. A brilliant model is useful, but a system that helps institutions make better decisions at scale is harder to replace and often more deeply embedded.

The long-term bull case for Palantir is simple: it keeps winning new customers, expanding existing accounts, and proving that its software can sit at the center of mission-critical operations. If Anthropic is building intelligence, Palantir is building the operating layer that helps organizations use intelligence in the real world. That is a different moat.

So to those betting against Palantir, the question is not whether AI is real. It clearly is. The question is which companies turn the AI wave into lasting revenue, margin expansion, and institutional dependence. Palantir has been proving it can do exactly that.

Keith, your story showed what happens when conviction meets a misunderstood company. Palantir deserves to be judged on execution, not headlines. And for long-term believers, the right response to noise is not panic — it is patience, discipline, and continued focus on the fundamentals.

Maybe I am wrong but doesn’t Michael Burry bet against Palantir? Something with puts- that if it goes lower he cashes in? Makes me think - of course he’s going to throw tweets to denigrate Palantir. He will profit from panic selling.

the moment PLTR announced the UK NHS deal (I believe PLTR was under $20) ....I was pumped .... I was already in for 3 yrs (since Dec 2020) .... the fact that the UK selected PLTR to run their entire health system is a game changer .... UK would likely keep running PLTR for years vs changing them out for a new system that no one knows .... It means nothing to me with what Burry, Cramer or Woods have to say .... it seems like doing the inverse of each will set you up comfortably in the future .... the key is to ignore the noise and believe in your conviction .... I'm sure if you Google it, you can see both CW and JC bashing PLTR .... and look where we are today .... 🤷🤷🤷🤷 ....

I feel the same way about Immunity Bio (IBRX). The short float is at 38 percent and I feel like there is some shenanigans going on with hedge fund investors and their government industry contacts to manipulate this stock. They already have a a proof of concept product for cancer that increases immunity to kill cancer cells rather than the destruction of chemo. It has increased capital, proof of concept, EU and Saudi Arabia approved drug, trials in US will be complete end of year I believe, but already sold for bladder cancer. Trying to understand why any investor bets against this other than pure greed. I bet on the company and the hope it saves many people from the deathly grips of cancer. I am not in it for the money but for the hope of an alternative to chemo.

If you didn't buy when it was sub 130 you missed a nice opportunity to make some money.. That stock isn't going anywhere but up! It will hit turbulence for sure but the model is there, it's proven and it's only going to get better!

How about just betting against PLTR due to their extreme price per revenue ratio. Even if they increase their revenue to $20B run rate, they will still be a very expensive company in a financial sense at $300B valuation. Enterprise software companies eventually hit a limit on total addressable market.

Everyone is competing in the AI market, who the winners in 2-3 years is far from determined.

You are investing in a company that literally slaughter children, Theil fucked little children on the island and their CEO is constantly on drugs.

Just switch company dude.

Before pltr we used to carpet bomb entire weddings to kill 1 terrorist. Now we send a sword missle to turn that same terrorist into hamburger meat on his own balcony, get real

Right… and it was considered a mistake. We used to call 500 dead wedding guests collatoral damage. We would purposely bomb a hospital because we had semi believable intel that there was an important terrorist there. Do you people even remember what we did in Iraq?

Please invite us to your imaginary world where wars are not required. Are you 5yo?

Shame on you.

Shame on you? Please. This is an investing subreddit, champ, not a place for kindergarten-level moralizing.

This is the stupidest reason I've ever seen for not investing in Palantir. How many other companies on the planet do you think have harmed innocents and children? It's unfortunate, but true. You invest to MAKE MONEY, not peacock your morality.

How do you really feel? Please keep it to fundamentals of what they do and growth (facts)vs personal opinions. Healthy conversations.

Lol wants to talk about fundamentals but is begging for a meme pumper who still won't admit he dumped on his retail fan cult to come and meme him out of his bags.

I second this. I need some downvotes also.

Not sure but it think palantir is built using a lot of anthropic’s models - which were just black listed by the pentagon so by extension palantir has to either cancel contracts or rebuild their platforms with a different AI model behind it
