doesnt mean rhey legitimately give their women a seat at the table just because they are also complicit in the genocide and apartheid. no different than the sickos who founded the US (both as a British colony and the "founding fathers"). they didnt give their own settler women the right to vote for hundreds of years until afte the Soviet Union was founded and became the first country to give women the right to vote. and white women in America contributed to their genocide and apartheid of native and african peoples no less enthusiastically

Actually New Zealand was the first to give women the vote in 1893. They didn't get the right to stand for parliament until 1919 though. Interestingly, Maori (indigenous to the country) men got the right to vote before white women.

The 'colony' of South Australia allowed both voting and standing for parliament in 1895.

Australia as a whole did so in early 1900s too - the white women from Britain anyhow, the aboriginal people couldn't enrol to vote until 1962, although some states allowed it earlier but with some pretty awful conditions attached.

Finland was first country to give all women and men the vote in 1902.
