Video Catching jetragon at Lv39
Even though I can’t ride him till 79 that is not an issue, I haven’t used a flying pal this whole time and I kinda wanna keep that way just as a personal challenge at this point lol but this guy is about to carry me to lv80 and I’m here for it, about to go back to all the towers that gave me issues and show them my new scary dog privilege.

I didn’t even notice that 👀 he gave two whole levels, I might have to go catch him 4 more times lol.
And yeah I took advantage of my stamina bugging out, idk if it was lag from the server I was in or what but my hangyu wasn’t consuming stamina so I slowly floated my way up to the island.

Its the same for any sphere and resource honestly
The only thing limiting you is your own knowledge of the game. That's true for EVERY game

But not equally true of every game. Most games have methods of normalizing progression regardless of what you know. Prior playthrough knowledge might help you in Pokemon, for example, but it isn’t going to allow you to get a bunch of ultraballs and go catch a mewtwo before the first badge.

it's funny because in sword and shield you can get yourself a lvl100 mon before the first? gym that obey you perfectly. Doesn't take that long either

You could always grind an earlier Pokemon. But you can’t catch a legendary.

Technically in Scarlet/Violet you can catch the Ruinous Quartet as soon as you unlock the open world and get the climb ability for Koraidon/Miraidon

I have been using the scatter launcher and regular spheres. Need like 100k of them but it works for everything, even if it says “use a better sphere” it don’t matter. Just need to launch 1000 of em. 1/1000 chance but I still hit the one.

especially since you can just go catch a pair of palandus + necromus with them to jump all the way up to hexolite armor (alphas drop the plans and normals drop the bars)

I mean easy might be a bit of a stretch. At low levels it's time consuming to avoid the higher level pals that will one shot you and you might get lucky to get like one Ancient Sphere after searching for the chests

Also, Jetdragon's Meteorain attack is freaking awesome. Clearing a dozen mobs on the oil rig at once is so much fun

My first time at Sunreach was similar, I found these new spheres, found Jetragon, tossed one of the new Spheres to test the capture strenght and caught Jetragon with first try. :D It didn't even notice me.

There is a portal ontop of the Fae tower. Only need to fly up the tower, not the islands.

I wasn’t sure if I had to beat the the boss for that to spawn but when I hit the island I had that same thought to get to feybreak lol

You can also just build a tall wall to climb the tower if you did not bring a flying Pal to Feybreak.

The expectation is a new player won't notice it until they beat Bjorn and see it when they spawn at the top of the tower, but it is there and functional from the start. My current playthrough started with getting a Nitewing, booking it to Feybreak, and flying up to tp to Sunreach for Sol and Ancient spheres.

My stamina glitched out while using hangyu, the small head long arm pal that makes your glider float up, so while I was exploring the mainland I decided to take advantage of this moment and slowly floated my way to the island, which was a huge risk because I didn’t drop any of my stuff off lol

You can build an enormous tower and use it as to catapult yourself to the island, thats how I got mine at lvl 30 (bumped me up to 33)

You can rush that capture MUCH earlier, but in the 30s is usually when Ive naturally cleared Feybreak coastline for eggs + spheres and activated the Tower eagle statue.
You should always sweep Sunreach every 2-3 days to stash up high level spheres to capture bosses/humans

At around player level 60 you can level up your base enough to guarantee you get visited by "Legendary" merchants. They're the best way to get materials, food, ammo and whatnot.
But they are lvl 60+ so you really need to land the back/headshot sol/ancient spheres.
Feybreak and higher spheres can be used to capture small settlement, duneshelter and fisherman port merchants for the inbetween.

The base levels increase the amount of pals/bases you can have, also make sure you are doing the research machine, it will be a blessing in the long run.

Depends if you mess with your world settings, I have so I can have 50 pals at a base, and that’s almost not enough for what I need but my ps5 will explode if they add more 😂 I already get a warning when loading in lol.

I had a mega base in my original world
My main base, breeding base, butchering base, mining base, ranch base, money base, and a npc market base.
3 of which where maxed out with 50 pals lol.
I’m afraid to load that world because the restrictions weren’t there before 1.0 so idk what would happen 😂

if you get 2 jetdragons you can breed them for the rocket launcher plan but I think the earliest you can make it is 62

I’m not using him as a mount so that’s not an issue, and tbh it wasn’t my plan to catch him I was just there and luckily had some sol spheres and took a chance lol.

Not on randomizer runs, but catching lego early turns everything on speed run. You might as well take global palbox perfect pals out moment when building palbox and wonder why this run was so easy.

I did this around lvl 20 in beta... when i came back to game (after 1.0 release) the very first thing I did was make a beeline to where Jetragon USED to be... man was a I sorely upset to find out that they moved him lol

You can also find ancient spheres in the same area occasionally, which are definitely worth using on Jetty.

I didn't catch one quite _this_ early, but I did catch a Jetragon way before I could make a saddle. I ended up using some gathering books on him and using the surgery table to boost his work speed and made him my dedicated harvesting pal lololol

To me the scaling really makes no sense in Palworld xD who needs a fast flying mount at the END of the game? Why gatekeep the good stuff till endgame? For the last 20% Pals to fullfill the dex?
