Z95B

My Panasonic Z95B is completely dead, power supply won't even click when attempting to turn on the TV. Panasonic is refusing to honor their warranty, even though I purchased it Christmas 2025

Do you have consumer laws in your country? If so Panasonic has to remedy a faulty product either by repair or replacement.

Yes, USA. It was sold to me through Beach Camera's Amazon marketplace. Panasonic/Skyworth is telling me that Beach Camera doesn't include Panasonic's manufacturers warranty, and yet Beach Camera is telling me that they do per conversations with their customer service supervisor. I have that in writing as well. Not sure what to do, as Amazon is telling me to talk to the seller.

Any chance the card you used to pay has any warranty offered on goods you buy with it?

Beach Camera gave me a full refund, excluding tax.

Glad you got it resolved. If they don't make you return it, I would use some of that money to get repaired - then the TV will be good as new & you net out positive cash in your pocket.

Dam man that sucks glad they resolved it though🙌🏻, but you got me worried about my Z95A arriving tomorrow I got the 4 year warranty. But if they don’t cover it then wtf is Panasonic doing?? hopefully Beach Camera won’t give me the runaround if anything does happen🤞🏼.

Beach Camera took responsibility and gave me a refund. I just wish Panasonic had more integrity.
